Privacy information
What you share with us
When you enquire, The Retinue collects your name, email address, ZIP code, optional phone number and the information you choose to share about your household’s priorities. We record your contact permission, submission date and the versions of the notices shown to you. If you arrive through a campaign link, we retain its campaign labels.
When you correspond with our concierge, we keep the relevant email history and may record summaries of calls and text conversations. Our private workspace brings these communications together with requests, tasks, decisions and approvals. If we work together, we also keep the household, contact and property information needed for the responsibilities we agree with you.
How we use it
We use your information to understand your priorities, respond to your enquiry and carry out the work you ask us to undertake. Keeping a record helps the team follow through and lets you continue a conversation without repeating the background. Sending a note does not create a membership, authorize a purchase or subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Who can access it
Your information is available to authorized people at The Retinue. Google Workspace provides our business email; Vercel and Supabase provide hosting and data storage for the website and private workspace. These providers process information needed to operate those services, including technical information used for delivery and security. We do not sell your enquiry or send the text you submit to advertising platforms.
Security and browser storage
We restrict access to enquiries and use encrypted connections. To limit automated abuse, the application stores a keyed hash of a visitor’s IP address for a limited period, rather than the address itself. Necessary sign-in cookies are used for the private staff dashboard. This website does not use advertising pixels.
Campaign labels are kept in your browser’s session storage so they remain available if you visit another page before enquiring. This storage contains campaign labels only, not your form answers or advertising click identifiers. The browser normally clears it when you close the tab.
Retention and your choices
We keep your enquiry while assessing and responding to it and, if you engage us, while it is needed for that relationship. You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you. We may retain information where needed to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.
